Dress Code: There are no dress codes on Virgin ships but The Wake is one of the nicer options so you may want to dress up especially for dinner.
Reservations: Recommended. The Wake is possibly the most popular restaurant and can be busy. Your travel agent (that's us!)can take care of this for you or you can book them yourself via the sailor app starting 45 days before your vogage (60 days if you're in Rockstar or Mega Rockstar Quarters)
You'll enter this upscale steakhouse via a grand staircase on Deck 7 and that entrance will set the tone for an amazing dining experience. Everything about The Wake has been well-thought out, from the design - a testament to both modern sailing and mid-20th Century chophouses to the thoughtfully curated menu and extensive wine list. Start your meal with clam chowder or roasted bone marrow and then move on to dinner options ranging from shrimp & grits or salmon to filet mignon or lamb chops. There are also upgraded options available for a fee including a seafood platter and aged tomahawk steak. You'll finish your meal with delectable dessert options including Coconut Almond Panna Cotta, Meyer Lemon Cheesecake & Apple Tatin as well as a wide variety of dessert drinks and specialty coffees and teas. It's worth noting that The Wake has been given an Award of Excellence by Wine Spectator.
Stop by for brunch for steak and eggs, french toast or a variety of benedicts, including our favorite, the Soft Shell Crab Benedict. But the real winner of brunch at The Wake is the option of bottomless mimosas, rosé, sparkling wine or Bloody Mary's for just $25.00 all while you enjoy some amazing ocean views.

The Wake, like all restaurants on Virgin Voyages Lady Ships, is included in your cruise fare with the exception of a few upgraded options that are clearly marked on the menu.
