While Virgin offers so much more in their base fare than many other cruise lines including gratuities, wi-fi, all restaurants, group fitness classes, all entertainment and essential drinks there are a few add-on packages that I am loving right now!
Splash of Romance
I am all about making vacations with my husband as special and memorable as possible and this romance package checks all the boxes. Here's how it works. For just $200 per cabin (as of August 2023) you can purchase this add-on package and you are going to be amazed at all it includes.
Pre-Voyage: The perks star before you even step foot on the ship with a dedicated check-in experience. You and your special someone will be given cloth bands in addition to your regular band that you use as your ship pass, virtual wallet and key card for your stateroom. This cloth band will let all of Virgin's shipboard staff know that you're celebrating love and may result in additional treat and surprises during your voyage.
On-Board: The romance continues as the ship leaves port when you'll be invited to an exclusive sail-away party at The Perch or Richard's Rooftop. Cold-press juices will be delivered to your stateroom every morning between 8 - 10 AM. You'll also receive one three-hour thermal spa pass in the Redemption Spa which can be used on whatever day you'd like. You'll receive a complimentary Shake for Champagne and a bottle of Moet and Chandon will be delivered to you wherever you are on the ship (a $100 value!) Last, you will receive aphrodisiac food drops delivered to your cabin to help keep thing spicy!
If you want to add the Splash of Romance package to your voyage you will want to add it prior to sailing as it is limited to 50 cabins per voyage. Even better, you can partner with us to plan your trip (at no cost to you) and we'll take care of every last detail for you! In the event you change your mind, this package can be removed for a full refund up to 24 hours before your voyage.
Splash for your Bash
This is the perfect add on for groups of friends traveling together or bachelor/bachelorette cruises. The cost for this package is $250 per cabin and you'll need a minimum of two cabins to book because what fun is it to celebrate alone? This is another one we think is worth far more than what it costs, here's what it includes!
Bottomless Brunch Bash: This is just about what it sounds like! Head to either Razzle Dazzle or The Wake for brunch and you will get a complimentary bottomless drink package while you enjoy your meal. If there are members of your party who don't drink alcohol, the bottomless brunch includes virgin sparkling mimosas, NA Heineken, and NA Bloody Marys.
Elevated Celebratory Dinner: Enjoy a family-style dinner, complete with desserts and a complimentary drink package to celebrate anything you can think of!
Complimentary Bottle of Moet & Chandon: One per cabin, delivered to your room.
Like the Splash of Romance package, this must be added before your voyage. You'll also need to link your reservation with any other cabins that will be part of your package. Alternatively we'd love to help you plan your cruise and then you don't have to worry about linking cabins & adding special packages because we'll take care of it all on your behalf! What could possibly be easier?
My Next Virgin Voyage
This isn't exactly a package but it is a good deal that I think every sailor should know about so I'm adding it here so you won't miss out on the savings!
So here's how it works. While you are on the ship just stop by the Future Voyage Sales Team on Deck 7. You'll put down a $300 deposit and you will receive $300 off your next trip as well as $600 in Sailor Loot (onboard credit). You do NOT have to choose your next voyage when you make your deposit. You can also choose the date of your next cruise and put 20% down and you will still receive the $300 off as well as the $600 in Sailors Loot.
There is a little bit of fine print with this offer though so let's go over that really quickly. First, you can cancel within 7 days of registering for a full refund. If you cancel after 7 days you will receive a Future Voyage Credit. This is NOT a good deal because you will only have 1 year to rebook and you'll lose the $300 and the $600 in onboard credits you would have received. If you choose to put down the $300 deposit without choosing a future cruise you have TWO YEARS FROM THE DATE YOU MADE THE DEPOSIT TO BOOK YOUR CRUISE AND SAIL! You can combine this offer with most other promotions but some deeply discounted rates can not be combined such as sweepstakes voyages and casino offers.
If you booked your cruise through Palm Paradise Travel (or any travel advisor but we'd sure like it to be us!) this future booking information will be provided to them as well so we can assist you with planning your next trip & make sure you don't miss any deadlines.
