On Virgin Voyages, Rockstar status is reserved for sailors who book Rockstar quarters - that's what Virgin Voyages calls their suites! There are two categories of suites and they both come with exclusive perks and seriously swanky cabins! Read on to learn more about what's included at each level!
RockStar Quarters
Let's start by going over all the perks that you'll receive when booking RockStar Quarters with Virgin Voyages. Keep in mind that all sailors get lots of perks that aren't included with other cruise lines including tips & wifi are always included in your cruise fare, all 20+ eateries are included with your base cruise fare, all entertainment is also included as are most non-alcoholic drinks and group fitness classes! When you upgrade to RockStar you'll also receive:
Access to Richard's Rooftop: You'll feel like a Rockstar on this members only sundeck that features panoramic views of the ocean, complementary cocktail hours & late night parties all reserved only for RockStars!
Complementary In-Room Bar: Enjoy a selection of drinks right in your cabin!
Early Booking/Priority Access: As a Rockstar you will be able to book Shore Things (excursions) and make reservations at eateries and restaurants aboard the ship earlier than other sailors.
RockStar Agents: You will have 24/7 access to RockStar agents who are dedicated to making sure you have the best experience!
Now that you know what perks you'll receive as a rockstar, let's look at the available RockStar Suites!
Brilliant Suite: You'll enjoy 482 sq feet of luxury that includes Hollywood-style lights, a fully stocked bar with mixology equipment, and a brass vanity area that you'll love when getting ready are just a few of the amenities of the Brilliant Suite. You'll also have a view of your European king bed from the all-marble peek-a-boo shower and a veranda complete with a hammock.
Cheeky Corner Suite: This suite is really all about the views! Located on the corner of the ship, the Cheeky Suites feature wraparound verandas with lounge chairs, couch and Virgin's signature handwoven hammock. Inside your suite you'll enjoy your fully stocked bar, marble bathroom, and Rockstar bathrobes. These suites range in size from 615 - 857 sq feet so you'll have plenty of room to spread out.
Seriously Suite: Photos of restrooms generally don't make it into my articles, but when your suite has a bathroom as amazing as this it's worth including! The Seriously Suite features a full marble bathroom complete with RockStar bathrobes & a peek-a-boo shower, a fully-stocked bar and a record player! As with all suites, you'll also love relaxing in the hammock on your veranda. These suites are a little smaller at 352 sq feet but with all the added luxury you'll never miss the extra space!
Sweet Aft Suite: Located at the back of the ship, this is another suite where it's all about the views. Enjoy a glass, or a bottle, of champagne while you gaze at the waves from your veranda couch, loungers or hammock. Your peek-a-boo shower will give you a view of the ocean aw well. Like with all suites, you can expect a fully stocked bar, European king size bed and marble bathroom.
Mega RockStar Quarters
Want the best of the best on your next cruise? Allow me to introduce you to the Mega RockStar Quarters on Virgin Voyages. But, first, let's start with the perks! Mega RockStars get all the same perks as regular RockStars - priority boarding, access to Richard's Rooftop, etc. but you'll also get so much more! Mega RockStars enjoy free parking at the port or complementary transfers, daily spa access, premium wifi, a Mega RockStar agent who is dedicated to you for the duration of your voyage, and a daily bar tab.
The suites are pretty fab too!
Massive Suite: This 2,147 sq foot suite is travel goals. You will actually think you are a rock star the second you step through the door to your suite. The Massive Suite features a circular sofa, a record library with a turntable, and even a music room with a selection of guitars to make your rockstar dreams a reality....while you're on the ship at least. Your master bath is full marble and multi-colored glass on the shower. Rockstars need plenty of options to relax, which you can easily do in your jacuzzi bathtub.
Don't spend too much time in your amazing suite, you'll want to find some groupies (new friends) to invite back to enjoy your insanely extra veranda. The Massive RockStar Suites are positioned at the front of the ship to give you the very best views. Hang out in your jacuzzi, enjoy drinks from your circular couch or enjoy a light dinner from your runway table before heading out to party like the rockstar you are.
The Fab Suite: You'll only find two of these suites onboard any of Virgin's Lady Ships. Located on the 15th deck directly below Richard's Rooftop and The Sun Club Cafe, these suites are fabulous. These suites feature a peek-a-boo shower on the veranda, a second powder room for guests, a living room, marble bathroom, and a European King bed. Enjoy tunes on your record player while you pour some drinks from your fully stocked bar or relax in the hammock as you listen to the sounds of the ocean. Just don't get so comfortable that you forget you have a whole ship to explore!
The Posh Suite: This suite is similar to the Fab Suite, just slightly smaller. You'll still enjoy the second powder room, living area, fully stocked in-room bar and all of the veranda amenities as in the Fab Suite, just with about 100 square feet less of living area. If you enjoy entertaining the Posh Suite is a great option. Based on some recent pricing checks, the posh suite usually costs a few hundred less per night than the similar Fab Suite so it can also be a great deal for sailors who want the suite life but at a better price!
The Gorgeous Suite: At 570 sq feet, the Gorgeous Suite is the smallest of the Mega Rockstar Quarters but just as luxurious. Featuring a smaller living area with a couch and a European King bed, you'll still have plenty of room to stretch out. Rinse off in one of your two peek-a-boo showers or enjoy a cocktail or glass of bubbly from your fully stocked bar before heading out for a night of fun and entertainment around the ship.
